Whatisannwyn.com? That was the T-shirt given away a couple of years ago at FrightFest as John Fawcett began production on his latest film The Dark, a haunting ghost story set amongst the cliff-faces and sheep herds of Wales.
Now, just over two years later, the website no longer exists, but the film itself finally hits shop's DVD shelves on September 11th, courtesy of Momentum. A chilling and atmospheric horror starring Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings, Troy, Flightplan) and Maria Bello (A History of Violence, The Cooler), The Dark is based on Simon Maginn's 1994 novel 'Sheep'.
To celebrate the release of the title, we have a T-Shirt and a copy of the DVD to giveaway to one winner. You know the drill by now, answer the question below, enter your email address, click on submit and Bob's your Uncle. Especially true if your Uncle is indeed called Bob.
The competition will close on September 10th (so if you haven't won, you can buy it yourself!) and we will notify the winner the next day. Unfortunately we can only accept entries from the UK.
In a last ditch attempt to salvage her family, tough New Yorker, Adelle (Maria Bello) takes her daughter Sarah (Sophie Stuckey) to coastal Wales to visit her estranged husband James (Sean Bean). But the idyllic dream soon turns to a hellish nightmare when, during an innocent trip to the beach, Sarah is swept under the waves – her body un-recovered. While a frantic James desperately searches for Sarah, Adelle is haunted by mysterious visions and clues – hinting that Sarah is trapped somewhere in the house.
