Creep director Christopher Smith receives Severance

What with Christopher Smith's London Underground based horror film Creep being released in the UK on DVD last week, it's perhaps timely news to hear that he has a new horror feature in prodcution called Severance.
Severance is a blackly comic tale, which follows the story of a group of arms dealers who have the tables turned on them when they take part in a team-building exercise in Romania. Eight weeks of shooting begins on June 13th in a castle-cum-spa complex in Hungary and location filming in the Isle of Man. The film stars Laura Harris (The Faculty), Toby Stephens, Danny Dyer (Human Traffic) and Tim McInnerny ("yes, Darling?")
Christopher Smith told Fangoria: “It’s Deliverance with a cut at the beginning instead [although] it’s still going to be full-on though, with rather a nice line in blowtorch suffering…"
