Hostel tells the story of two Americans travelling through Europe along with an Icelandic backpacker they picked up in their journeys. Opening in Amsterdam, the three take time to indulge in lots of drugs, and take time to visit the red light district.
Hungry for women and a good time, they meet a Russian backpacker who recommends a hostel in Slovakia. Taken in by the promise of stunning women who love Americans, they trek off to a small town outside of Bratislava. They find the beautiful women as promised but when one of them disappears they uncover a shocking underground of torture and sadism preying on foreigners there.
