Win a copy of Dreams & Nightmares signed by Terry Gilliam

7th Aug 06

Win a copy of <b>Dreams & Nightmares</b> signed by Terry Gilliam It's a return to form for the maverick director Terry Gilliam this week as his new film Tideland opens on August 11th in the UK (see the official website here for more information).

Described as Alice in Wonderland meets Psycho, Tideland is perhaps Gilliam's most personal film since Brazil and although it will divide opinion (in an unprecedented move, Terry Gilliam makes a to-the-audience introduction at the start of the theatrical print of Tideland), there's no doubting the directorial visual genius and talented acting on display. The talking doll's heads, talking squirrels and stuffed dead bodies are just added bonuses. Read our 4-star review here.

To celebrate the release of this film, Revolver Entertainment have kindly given us three copies of Dreams and Nightmares: Terry Gilliam, 'The Brothers Grimm' and Other Cautionary Tales of Hollywood by Bob McCabe and Terry Gilliam to give away. This book is a behind-the-scenes chronicle of the creation of the Terry Gilliam's The Brothers Grimm, charting all the highs and lows in the film's journey from script to screen - a must for any film-making fan.

What's even better is that all three copies are SIGNED by Terry Gilliam himself!

To get your hands on these excellent hardback editions, simply answer the question below, and send us your email address. The competition closes on August 18th and we will notify winners the following day. We can only accept (ie afford to post to) entries from the UK - sorry.

For more information on Tideland, visit the official website at www.tidelandthemovie.com.
