Win a signed poster and DVD of Captivity

 Released recently on DVD courtesy of Optimum, Captivity stars Elisha Cuthbert (24, House of Wax, Love Actually) stars as a model and cover star who is imprisoned and subjected to a series of horrifying tortures.
To celebrate the release of the DVD, Optimum have given us a copy of the film to give away, plus a signed poster, and considering that this film kicked off a huge stir in the US because of it's controversial poster campaign, we think that's a pretty cool prize.
