Winners of our Southland Tales competition

 A big thanks to all of you who entered our recent competition to win one of three copies of Richard Kelly's Southland Tales on DVD, courtesy of Universal.

Although a bit of a sprawling mess, Southland Tales is actually a shining gem of independent cinematic vision and will not disappoint any fans of Donnie Darko.
Richard Kelly returns to his favourite themes of the oncoming apocalypse, time loops and split personalities, whilst adding in a large dash of comedy, sci-fi, action and musical numbers (Timberlake's miming to The Killers is a killer scene!)
The DVD was released on March 31st, so if you still haven't seen it yet, ew advise you run out and buy or rent this movie asap - it's quite unlike anything you've ever seen before (in a good way).
Los Angeles, 2008: The city stands on the brink of social, economic and environmental disaster. SOUTHLAND TALES is an epic story narrated by Iraq veteran Private Pilot Abilene (Justin Timberlake) and is set over the course of three days centered in Los Angeles that culminate in an apocalyptic 4th July climax.
Together with Abilene (Timberlake), the large ensemble cast of characters includes Boxer Santaros (Dwayne Johnson), an action star stricken with amnesia, Krysta Now (Sarah Michelle Gellar), an adult film star developing her own reality television project, and Roland Taverner (Seann William Scott), a Hermosa Beach police officer who holds the key to a vast conspiracy.
The DVD contains the full 145 minute feature as well as a 30 minute making of featurette called USIdent TV – Survielling the Southland.
