Cast news for Craven thriller Red Eye

 Variety has reported that the two leads for Wes Craven's new thriller, Red Eye have now been cast and they are Cillian Murphy (28 Days Later) and Rachel McAdams (The Notebook).
Murphy will play a mysterious man who takes McAdams' character captive on board an airplane, and then threatens to kill her father unless she helps arrange the murder of a prominent businessman.
Craven also says that he’s taking more of a dramatic than outright horror approach to this project, which was scripted by Carl Ellsworth. Filming (on the Dreamworks project) begins on November 8 in Los Angeles, with a spring 2005 release tentatively planned.
