A supremely popular hit at eatmybrains.com (check out our review here), Bubba Hotep goes head to head with Resident Evil: Apocalypse by both getting a UK release date of October 8th.
Um, that's it. No extra news, no scoops, nothing in fact worth reporting at all, it's just that I saw the trailer for Resident Evil: Apocalypse on the TV just now, checked imdb for a release date and spotted this quirky coincidence.
I wonder which will do better at the box office over here. Judging by the cool picks of Jill Valentine I've seen on the net, I know which movie I'd bet on the fickle UK movie-goers flocking to...
