The League of Gentlemen: Apocalypse trailer appears online

 In the wake of last year's sitcom to smash hit horror comedy Shaun of the Dead, this year it's the turn of BBC's darkly comic The League of Gentlemen to being their twisted UK vision to the big screen, and the trailer for the movie has finally appeared online.
If you've seen the TV series, then you know that these guys are well-versed in cinematic black humour, and with a great script concept (the 'local' characters of the fictional village Royston Vasey escape into reality to confront their creators - the real-life League of Gentlemen), we could see this film as being the UK's cult hit film of the year.
The film wil be released on June 3rd in the UK (no US release date as announced as yet). There will be an advance screening of the movie (with cast and crew in attendance) at the mini-Frightfest, which takes place at London's Prince Charles on May 28th (see www.frightfest.co.uk for more details.
