Richard Stanley on a Vacation from hell

 Cult 90s director Richard Stanley is back! (Maybe!) We recently devoted a Zombie Club's to him (see Red Eye Richard Stanley Night with Hardware and Dust Devil) and we were wondering what had happened to this talented director, so it's great to hear that Stanley is currently attached to direct a digital action thriller Vacation, about an American couple on a holiday from hell.
The project is still at the script stage (written by Stanley), and Vacation will be produced by the Recorded Picture Company, with Michael Riley and Alexandra Stone producing.
It is likely that Vacation will be shot on Digital Video, with a budget around about what Hardware (made in 1990 for £1.5 million) would cost today.
More news as we get it.
