Prepare for the Phantasm DVD sphere-set

 Funny, we were only just chatting about the Phantasm films last night (long story - watching Zombie Creeping Flesh during our latest Zombie Club and there was a guy who looked just like the Tall Man...). Anyway, now we here that all four Phantasm films are scheduled for release by Anchor Bay UK / Nucleus Films / Blue Underground in a great 'Sphere' box-set.
The photos (not the final product) were released on the Anchor Bay forums by Marc Morris who explains that "the sphere will come housed in an outer box which will be silver printed card with a circular hole in it (like an Easter Egg carton) front and back. There will be a clear plastic (vacuumed) inner packaging but the outer will be card".
More Information
No official word on the content, although it is likely that it will feature all films from the Phantasm series. Other rumours follow:
A. Michael Baldwin and Angus Scrimm have apparently recorded an audio commentary for Phantasm III which will appear.
The documentary will be feature length and entitled Phantasmagoria while the Location Featurette will be hosted by Reggie Bannister in character.
Release date is likely to be in November.
