Romero updates news on Diamond Dead

 There have been one or two updates on the Diamond Dead website, the home to George Romero's new zombie film, currently in production.
The film follows the adventures of a a rock band, The Diamond Dead, that returns from the dead, and the screenplay reads as a great mix of horror, comedy and rock'n'roll.
The website features regular updates on the film's current status, as well as the full script, concept art and the ability to ask any of the production crew questions as the film gathers its funding.
When Romero was asked recently if the zombies in the new film will be of the typical Night.. Dawn.. Day.. rambling 'Romero-zombies', George replied;
"They will be completely original. After all, they are a rock band... They will have all the usual traits of zombies, but they are kinda funny, and likeable on a morbid sort of way... It will certainly be different."
