Freak Out causing a stir at Cannes

 The makers of cult low-budget Brit-flick Freak Out are currently enjoying themselves in the south of France drumming up interest in their film at the Cannes film festival.
In between sunning themselves on the Croissette and partaking in expensive beers at the Petite Majestic, they are kicking up quite a bit of interest in their hip comedy/thriller. Dan Palmer (writer, actor, producer) has been in touch to say that the FO gang are (not literally) ramming the movie down everyone's throats, and they have received a lot of praise. (Although a chance meeting with Mr Michael Moore led to the Oscar-winning documentary maker accusing the FO gang of being a right-wing conspiracy!@!)
Jake West (Razor Blade Smile) had this to say about the film
"Freak Out is the funniest, laugh out loud low budget opus I've seen for years. They shame all those wannabe filmmakers who moan you can't make anything for hardly any cash. These guys did because they've got what's more important: talent & drive.....for f**ks sake someone give them some serious money they've proved their rites of passage with Freak Out!"
