 Ok, so the name Wes Craven may not exactly guarantee quality nowadays, but this one could be interesting.
Directed by Nick Mastandrea and starring Michelle Rodriguez and Eric Livey, The Breed (no relation to the Cronenberg clasic) is released on April 27th in the UK by Pathe.
Five college kids (Michelle Rodriguez, Eric Lively, Oliver Hudson, Taryn Manning and Hill Harper) meet up with mysterious, hostile residents when they fly to a "deserted" island for a party weekend.
With the discovery of a mauled, bloodied and shredded body, the group quickly realizes they are not alone. A race against time becomes an intense battle for survival between Man and Beast, and only one species will survive. Let the manhunt begin...
